How do I request a refund?
You can request a refund by emailing support@koubou.tools. Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility details.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription, including cancellation and billing history, through the customer portal via Polar which is accessible from your account page.
What happens to my license key if I cancel my subscription?
Your license key will remain valid until the end of your current billing period. After that, if you don't renew your subscription, the license key will be terminated. You'll receive a new license key if you choose to resubscribe later.
