2.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (the date when you first subscribed to our service). This 14-day period is considered our "money-back guarantee" window.

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, your request must be submitted within the 14-day period from the date of purchase.

2.2 Prorated Refunds

After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired, we may offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis for the remaining unused portion of your subscription under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that severely impair your ability to use our services and that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Significant and unexpected changes to our service offerings that materially reduce the value of your subscription.

Prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of days remaining in your subscription period at the time your refund request is approved.

2.3 No Refunds for Partial Use

We do not provide refunds for partial use or non-use of our services. If you choose not to use the services you have paid for, you are not entitled to a refund unless it falls within the criteria specified in sections 2.1 or 2.2.
