These Promotional Terms & Conditions govern all promotions, discounts, and special offers (collectively, "Promotions") offered by Koubou ("we," "our," or "us"). By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms as well as our general Terms and Conditions.

2. Early Adopter Discount

We offer an "Early Adopter" discount exclusively to users who join our waitlist before our official launch. The terms of this promotion are as follows:

• 25% off the regular annual subscription price for the first year only.
• Must subscribe within 30 days of receiving the promotional email to claim the discount.
• Limited to one discount per customer.
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• After the first year, subscription will renew at the regular price.
• This offer is only available during our launch period and will not be repeated.

3. Seasonal Promotions and Events

From time to time, we may offer special promotions, events, or limited-time deals. The terms of these promotions will be as follows:

• Promotion details and discount amounts will be clearly communicated via email and on our website.
• Each promotion will have a specific validity period clearly stated in promotional materials.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion before the stated end date.

4. Promotional Codes

5. Free Trials

• You will be automatically converted to a paid subscription when your trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

6. Educational and Non-Profit Discounts

We offer special pricing for eligible educational institutions and non-profit organizations. To qualify:

• Educational institutions must provide valid school credentials or documentation.
• Non-profit organizations must provide proof of their 501(c)(3) status or equivalent.
• Discounts are typically 30% off the regular subscription price.
• These discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

7. Eligibility

We reserve the right to verify eligibility for all promotions and to deny discounts or benefits to any user who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who violates these terms.

8. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If we do so, we will honor any valid discounts or benefits already issued or earned prior to the modification or termination.
